Love the service and everyone is so nice and helpful! I can’t afford to continue my membership know because am working very part time so I put my membership on hold and hope to continue.

Hand & Stone in Carol Stream offers a friendly and relaxing environment. I have been going monthly for the last few years and there is definitely a difference in how I feel.

Friendly service. I just wish the therapists stayed longer on their jobs. It seems like they only last about a year. Maybe pay them more.I don't think it's appropriate to expect the customer to pay $20 for a tip.

Receptionist were very sweet. My massage was fantastic!! The massage therapist was great as well! I will definitely see Nancy again!

Super friendly people at the desk. They are always happy to see you. The massage itself is always amazing! I use a couple of different masseuses and they are fantastic! I really need the help with my arthritis and always leave feeling better.
