I have been a member since 2021 and have never had a bad experience from check in to check out! My skin is glowing and my muscles are relaxed! I love hand and stone Thousand Oaks!!

Konicha is a wonderful therapist and a lovely person as well. I always schedule with her as she listens to what I say about my body and its problem areas. She's always punctual and very polite.

Massage therapist listened to my preferences and did a great deep tissue massage focusing on my pain points. Best job at working through knots in my shoulders compared to any previous massage during my membership.

The massage therapist (and facial) are so quick to be responsive to particulars that benefit my treatment. Finally, I appreciate making my appts. and finding openings sometimes on the same day or within the next couple of days.
