Hand and Stone

Hand and Stone is consistently great. I’ve been to several estheticians there and they have all done an excellent job with every service. The experience from the moment you enter the door and are greeted by the delightful front desk staff to the relaxing atmosphere during the service with the incredible esthetician or masseuses, everything is completely dialed in to perfection.

It was very easy and convenient to book online or through the app. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The aesthetician took time to understand my needs and address them. My skin already feels better and I can’t wait to go back to another session to continue Improving my skin.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I ran in, rushed, and she was very calming, relaxing me. Alex was attuned to my tension and also worked to relax me. I felt very calm and relaxed after my facial.

Shannon was my aesthetician and was very friendly and gave me an amazing facial and neck and shoulder massage 👍

Jill at the front was so kind and patient and accommodating. Mary Ann (I think that was her name) was knowledgeable and gave an excellent facial. Both gave recommendations, but I never felt the pressure to have to purchase products. Excited to go back and learn more about how to improve my skin.

Jill at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Maryann, my esthetician was fabulous and gave me great information and tips to help my skin. I will request her for my next appointment.

Therapist is familiar with me, uses medium to firm pressure and adjusts techniques based on feedback I give her.

Great massage. Nice staff. Signed up for a membership without any pressure. Only thing I would change is to have a quiet relaxation room for before or after treatments. Main reception area was pretty busy. Would be nice to have a 10 minute transition before going back to reality after a massage.

my Massage Therapist is the best I have had in 40 years
