How efficient the staff is. Love every massage therapist I have had. How nice and clean the place is.

This was my 1st time going to Hand & Stone. I was REALLY IMPRESSED! Shannon was the person who gave me a facial and it was great! I have sunspots on my face and when I got home, I was so surprised on how much better my face looked. - WOW - the spots were much lighter! I want to go back today! Seriously, I'll be back soon. Thank you all very much - Great customer service at the reception area (a rarity) and Shannon, thank you for the terrific facial.

This was my first experience for my facial treatment. I was really nervous at first but all of the receptionist s there was very friendly and my esthetician Ashley is very knowledgeable and kind and professional. I already recommended to my friends and show my face after the treatment, they want to come. I am so happy that I did for my facial. I will definitely come back and take care of my skin.

Emily is an incredible esthetician and human being, I recommend her to all of my friends and family who are looking to get a facial - I see her for every face related appointment I have at hand and stone and I’m never disappointed- she is excellent! She also gives great referrals for people to give massage at the facility as well.

Maria is great, professional an a very knowledgeable masseuse. She listens to what your body needs and uses her time wisely efficiently.

Very professional n friendly approach by staff n Esthetician.....the esthetician was gentle n aware of my needs...my husband n I have been members for several years n always enjoy our visits.

I made an appointment, was able to fill out all paperwork online, was explained all features and benefits in advance and received a great massage that was both timely and ver effective
