Alana is the best esthetician I have ever had. She is very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. A wealth of knowledge and very pleasant. She has a very relaxing vibration. She is one of the great assets of hand and stone in my opinion. I do have to say that all of the massage therapists and estheticians are excellent and this is why I am a member. My husband and I use the 4 seasons spa regularly for specific occasions. I have to say we do this for the environnement (pool etc) but the quality of the massages at the 4 seasons Westlake and the quality of the service is definitely not better than yours. It is just a different experience for a different reason. For facials Alana is much better.

Therapist was very k owledgeable and recommended things I can do to work on problem areas on my own.

Shannon has always been an integral part of my skincare team. Her expertise of the chemistry of the skin and products specific to my needs is important to me. She’s honest, friendly, and does an amazing job keeping my skin aging slowly.

I had Henry for my massage. He has always releases the tension in my shoulders and neck. Very consistent, nice, and knowledgable. Had a facial with Grace for the first time. Was great as well.

I never used to be a fan of getting massages until I got my first massage from Lisa at Hand & Stone! I didn't go there thinking I will get a membership but after the end of my session, I signed up for membership without thinking twice. Lisa is a great masseuse and I would highly recommend her.

All personnel I came in contact with were very friendly and accommodating. The entire facility was elegant and spotless. The massage room was luxurious with perfect ambient lighting. My massage therapist was very nice and professional.
