I had not been in for a few months due to the holidays. My body really felt the difference in not having regular massages. I am so glad I came back. I love my therapist. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I have been a very satisfied member for years. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Maria and Shannon, my massage therapist and esthetician, respectively, are top notch professionals and experts in their fields. I enjoy my membership and its multitude of health & wellness benefits. The manager at the Thousand Oaks location is the sole reason we will continue to use this Massage company in the future. The massage was decent, the receptionist was decent, but the Manager was friendly, communicative, and very respectful.

Staff is friendly and efficient. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Online scheduling is a bit glitchy but the staff was very helpful in getting it resolved.

Henry is amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind, listens well and executed the massage with my specific lifestyle and concerns in mind. One of the best massages I’ve had, especially in this area. Nice job Henry, and thank you!

My facial felt really good. The esthetician did a great job on my face. She took special care of my sensitive skin. My face felt great all day!

It is always a wonderful massage. The staff is wonderful and the massage therapists are great. Just wish my schedule was more flexible to enjoy more massages!

Henry gave me of the best massages I have ever had. Firm pressure. Concentrated on areas I requested. Excellent therapist.

My only comment would be for members to be able to sign an overall waiver so we don’t have to do the paperwork every time we come in.
