I had called and spoke with person name Angela and told her I had new Ivanka Trump designer purse my wife got for gift. Asked if they would pawn. Told Angela I did not want to drive 25 miles to get $5 or $10. She said it would be worth my time to go in to pawn. I drove there and was told that person who appraises purses was not there. Angela should have told me this before I drove there. Then manager Jasmine got involved and was very rude. I expressed that I should have been told before driving there wasting gas and time that appraiser was not there. She continued with her rudeness showing she did not care. As I was leaving I saw person with name tag Angela and I told her if it was her I spoke with and she responded yes. She slammed survey flyer on counter and said if I had complain to do survey.
