My insurance said Hertz honored the best prices and I was told to go there. I arrived 15 minutes after they opened. Only 1 customer service representative was assisting a customer while the other sat at his computer not sure what he was doing or if he was not qualified. The interior of the building was dirty with only dusty chairs to sit in. The 1 customer service representative took 15-20 minutes to check in a customer the customer seemed misinformed on her insurance policy so the rep had to make multiple calls. Another associate who appeared to have her own office seemed like she might of been a manager unsure did not acknowledge our presence only spoke to the guy and strolled into her office around 8. While the 1st customer service rep did her job and was professional and sending the first customer off in the rental. A younger lady ran to the register to jump on it and assist us it was odd almost like she was "stealing " a client from the first associate who had been helpful and nice to us and the previous customer. This associate asked me did I have a reservation I told her my insurance had called and she told me that my insurance has not called her yet she knew my insurance company and seemed to know my policy and all about me.... <<
