Not very helpful at the front desk but had what we needed for one night.

The check in process was absolutely awful. I was staying with my dad who the room was reserved under but I had the conformation number & email, a valid ID with the same last name, AND my dad had called to make sure that I would be able to check into the room before he arrived. He was told I would be able to check in. When I arrived, the front desk did not let me check in and stated that I need a picture of his ID. It was incredibly infuriating and very bad customer service. I have not experienced this at other locations. The suite was lovely but I don't think we will stay there again because check in was a disastrous experience that left me frustrated and upset.

Room was great the outside is very worn down. Stairs were in rough shape.
