Good overall. Valet parking pricy and amount to pay was misquoted but manager addressed to miscommunication appropriately.

I had a wonderful experience while I stayed at the Grand Hyatt. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I only ran into the types of problems you have when so many people stay at one place (ie. no parking, elevators taking a long time). I loved my experience and would definitely go back in the future. I especially had a great experience with the valet staff on 7/16 around 10pm! Thanks guys!

The hotel is impressive; my room had several blemishes that surprised me...surely this should have been addressed and corrected? Other than that my stay was wonderful, comfortable and memorable.
