Nice place

Over priced

I don't understand how an establishment that charges so much for a stay can ten turn around and charge so much for parking, bottled water, and other "amenities" on top. I've stayed at Hyatt Place properties before and their rooms were larger and things offered at no additional charge to the guests were better. If my employer had not booked this place there would be no way I could keep a clear conscious and stay here.

Valet staff was rude to my wife. Very rude. Hotel manager did make up for this.

Parking attendant offended me by coming at me aggressively in the drop of valet area because I was on a scooter and asked me what I was doing there and that I couldn't park where I was, told me to move to the sidewalk. Just because I have a 2 wheeled vehicle does not mean it is not a vehicle and he was judging me by what I drove. My son was dropping me off for a overnight stay. I had dropped my husband off earlier in my truck and nobody gave me any problems then. I don't care if the valet is city people, they are also representing the grand Hyatt also and greatly offended me. Also while I walked off the bald dude called me crazy. He didn't realize my husband was right there and heard him.
