The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Just wish the shuttle ran more frequent to the mall for drop off & pick up. The shuttle driver was great. Breakfast was fantastic!

The stay was nice. I am a diamond member but I didn't get upgraded which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
