Poor service at restaurant

Love it there

I am very dissatisfied with reservations. I made a reservation directly with the hotel for specific accommodations which they promised and the night before arrival they did not honor the reservations.

Good hotel in good location. The food was only a C. Disappointed in my steak for dinner. Appetizers were decent, esp shrimp cocktail. Service was favorable as well.
