The DoubleTree was very nice and I had an amazing room on the 17th floor.

the valet team was great. we had to use the shuttle to get back from mall - friendly and helpful. my room which i selected at check in via the app was occupied when i walked in - embarrassing. front desk took care of it

Construction was going on which I did not like and 2 lamps in the room were broken.

Valet staff was very nice. I did not like that there was no elevator in parking garage. The stairwell smelled like urine.

Great hotel but I was expecting something a little more upscale from Hilton.
