Large and clean rooms. The staff was accommodating and helped us get several rooms together so everyone in our group could be close. Overall, good experience

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The tub in the room was very slippery, I requested for a plastic mat to lay down. My son slipped and I notify the staff about the incident. I didn't received the mat or was not told why I didn't get one. This was after a staff member had instructed me that they were going to take care of it. Nothing was done, I was very disappointed.
