Embassy Suites Phoenix - Tempe

Nice hotel. I don't like my doors being outside but the company picked the location.

My room was supposedly an "upgrade"; two double beds with a window facing nothing. Carpets were stained and nightstand area was in need of dusting/vacuuming. Check-in agent was alone and very nice, but check-in took 30 minutes because she was by herself trying to handle several guests and phones. They may have been staffed low since it was Christmas Eve.

Very satisfying experience. Enjoyed the free toiletries.
