Took forever to get our car even though we had an appointment.

Not very impressed. They really need to fix their customer service and their selection of cars was terrible!!

The service was ok. Not very friendly. The only option for a car was an older model Chevy Impala. Supposedly this was an upgrade. Although I disagree I had nothing else to choose from either. The gas tank was 3/4 full not completely filled like it should have been and additionally they charged me an outrageous deposit on the vehicle and said this isn't the first time they have done this. However I have never been charged before.
