I had recently been to two other discount tire locations & my problem still wasn't fixed. Brought my car in again & explained. They knew exactly what they needed to do. They got me in and out as quick as possible, & while waiting in the lobby I was offered a cool water bottle by 3 mechanics. Very nice people.
