I really enjoyed visiting this hotel. The previous weekend we stayed at an Embassy Suites in a different location in a different state. This chain has become my new favorite chain. Prior to this my family and I really enjoyed the Hilton Garden Inn chain. Although this location was a little different from the previous one, we still enjoyed our stay. We will be booking our future stays at this chain!

It was a nice hotel but it had a mildew smell.

My bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. And when I asked for an extended check out I was only given an additional 30 mins. If check out is a noon and check in isn't until four then why couldn't I have been given an extension until 2 pm

Very busy, but hotel didn't seem to staff like it was the busy season. The big draw is the breakfast, but plates and table utensils seemed to be in short supply. This is a newer Embassy Suites and the breakfast set up is different with a smaller omelet bar, it shows. The staff themselves are great and basically working through the handicaps the hotel design offers.

We were disappointed with the room we were given. My father in law booked two rooms online. However, the confirmation did not inform us that we had been booked for handicapped rooms. The rooms are much smaller than the non handicapped rooms. We called the receptionist to see if we could change rooms. They informed us that they were booked. So, we had to spend three nights in an handicapped room.
