The staff was great the first day we were there but by the next night it was as if the atmosphere changed. Not as friendly. Was surprised and a little inconvenienced that they shut the doors on the laundry mat room at 11:10pm rather than 12 like the sign said. We started laundry at 10:00pm but when we put them in the dryer the room got really hot so we sat in the hall to wait when we went back in to get our clothes we couldn't get it. A nice guy came and opened it for us but we had to wait til he got back from the airport. We also didn't receive anymore towels in our room after the second day. We stayed three nights and had 4 adults and two children. Needed more than eight towels the whole visit.
