Fairfield Inn & Suites, Dothan

The management of this facility is fortunate to have the right people at the front desk. The clerk apologized for the "construction." We were certainly not bothered by the construction...we were graciously treated to breakfast with the offer to get what we wanted and feel free to take it to our room. We were provided directions to where we were trying to visit an elderly relative. We felt at home and will be back !!!

I booked my room thru Priceline.com. I had reserved two weeks prior a King size bed with a sofa bed. I had confirmation. When we got there at 8 PM. I was told that we only had a KING size bed. She would give me a room with 2 Queens. Told her that I needed what I reserved. She said not for that price! Instead of $104 a night, it would be $145. She argued with me for a moment till I told her that I am here for the State Soccer tournament. Most of my team had reserved rooms with a discount at Courtyard Marriott next door but I had stayed here previously and enjoyed it. After telling me she couldn't change prices or delete their reservation, amazingly she was able to give me MY room at MY price!! I was pretty upset that I had to go through with that! My friend who checked in after me, was done the same way! Something crazy taking place that night!! Overall, I love the Fairfield Inn's beds!!! They are SO relaxing!! Going to try and get me one!!
