I had to get a room, I had some issues with my house, it was last minute, so I forgot a few things!! The desk clerk was very sweet and helped out above and beyond!! Thank you

Nice clean rooms. The hallway carpets were filthy. We called the front desk for extra pillows and blankets which they never brought we had to go get them ourselves.

In our first room the air-conditioner did not work. The stuff moved us to a second room and the air-conditioner was still not cold. The staff handled the situation as best as they could.
