Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland

Good experience

Our reserved room was not available because the people who were in it previously decided to stay longer than expected. So, the hotel staff gave us a better deal than we expected and it worked out very nicely. The breakfast was good and the rooms were quiet. The hotel was clean and nice.

The rooms were nice, breakfast was great. The only problem we had was with our late checkout. We asked for a late checkout at 1:00 for one of our 2 rooms. When we got back to hotel our room the room had been cleaned even with the do not disturb sign on. We were not happy about that.
