Poor housekeeping bad customer service

I have stayed at red roof inn in Columbia many many times. Jessica is usually the one who waits on me. This time, a different girl waited on me and she was not friendly. I requested a certain room and she told me it was dirty, I told her I would wait. she informed me she was not going to give me that room when she had 20 other rooms that were clean. Again, I asked to wait. She did finally give me the room I requested but Red Roof inn lost my business. Mary, the housekeeper does an excellent job.
