It was great staff was friendly and helpful

Slow on food. Fun for my kid.

Kids loved it

The front desk lady was snippy and rude and she asked that we take a survey when we were finished in front of everyone she asked why we rated things so low, it was uncomfortable and confrontational and she was incredibly rude. The reason the rating was so low was partially her and partially that the restrooms were out of paper towels, the machine had no Ice. Straws were out, diet coke machine only spit out clear liquid and when we informed team members about these things nothing was done to immediately remedy then

Too crowded. Don't do so many parties at once. Was asked to leave cause they let in too many people.
