Hampton Inn Asheville - I-26 Biltmore Square

Beautiful hotel

I visited my brother who was staying. His toilet broke and his whole room was flooded. But the manager took care of everything and got him another room and was very friendly! Although, the man who came to vacuum up some of the water was VERY rude. He stared at me when I was in his way until I moved, no excuse me or anything. He then immediately started vacuuming in between my brother and I, making us unable to hear each other. He was not good. But everything else, the manager and rest of the staff included, was wonderful.
