Very clean, friendly staff, convenient to the Hampton Roads Convention center

When I initially tried to check in before the actual check in time the young lady at the reception desk was not very helpful or try to even attempt to help me. When I came back three hours later different person totally different situation very helpful very personable friendly asked if there was anything else that she could do for me and all of the other employees that I have come in contact with since then have been very helpful and very pleasant

My smoking room had no astrays. I asked cleaning staff I seen for one. they refused said called front desk. my fridge didn't work and leaked water on the floor
