Michael at the front desk is always great, every time I am in LA I make an effort to stay at Embassy Suites. Some of the reasons for this include free breakfast and drinks in the afternoon, indoor pool, balcony, convenient location and standard room sizes. Staff is always amazing at this location as well!

We enjoy the rooms, the breakfasts & the happy hours. Ice machines are out on several floors, and 2 elevators are closed for remodeling. Seems like they could do one at a time. It really slows things down getting upstairs or downstairs.
