The hotel was great but the parking situation needs improvement. There are MANY reserved parking spaces that remain empty while guests have to park far away in the deck sometimes in the dark which presents a security issue.

I Would love if the receptionist asked if I was satisfied on being on the 2 floor before he gave the room keys .

The bed was hard. Not very comfortable to sleep in. The front desk was rude and nosy. I couldn't just check in without them questioning everything and when I left the girl made a smart-alic remark about my stay.
