My service technician Boyd was outstanding! I was impressed with how well spoken he is and how service oriented he is. I felt like he gave me a thorough explanation of everything but he didn't pressure me (as a woman shopping alone) to purchase more than I needed. Based on his treatment of me I can say I will definitely return the next time I need tires! Bryce was also very helpful when I called with some questions and didn't treat me like I was dumb (which happens sometimes when I take my car in for work,). Thanks for a great experience!!
