Discount Tires helped me with flat tire years ago for free. I have used them ever since. Did not purchase today because tires had to be ordered but going back very soon to purchase the tires.

Took 10 minutes for a small shop full of workers to ask if I needed assistance. Not rude but they all had the personality of an oatmeal cup

They need to be more accurate on the length of time it will take. I dealt with an employee that has been there for a while & he said it would be an hour to get it done. 1hour & 45 minutes later we were finally done. I had 2 small children & could have left & come back if I would have know it was going to be that long.
