Entire staff was wonderful including drivers and housekeeping. Needed a vacuum hose to close our space bag, thanks to housekeeping. Kudos to Joel at check in desk. He provided awesome customer service. My only problem has been when my Visa Card was scanned it appeared to block other pending charges and caused a ripple effect in my account. My banking institution refunded a significant amount of money. Talked with Mike in accounting. Very nice guy. He explained policy. Unfortunately the charge was pending during my entire vacation in Texas which caused significant problems when my funds were already limited. I learned numerous lessons from my trip to Texas. Anyway we definitely enjoyed our stay at Doubletree. This is to everyone who assisted us, thank you from the mom and daughter from Rock Hill, SC.

Room service brought me items they I didn't order. Assured me that it would be deducted from my final bill. It wasn't and because I was in a hurry to check out, the items were charged to my credit card. Room service came out to $30 after tip for a sandwich,fries, and 1 beer + the items that weren't ordered.

The severs at the event could hardly speak English and were unaware of specific orders that were given to them.
