Good hotel.

Loved the atmosphere. Had a Christmas party and the ball room was pretty and the workers were very nice

No free breakfast

It takes forever for hot water to reach my third floor room.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned.

While the staff has proven to be courteous and friendly the hotel can improve upon the following: Cleanliness of the elevator, room carpet, bathtub and smell. The room was a bit smelly, carpet had stains, bath tub had hair and the elevators had bits of food showing origins of vacuuming.

Good location & close to convention center. However, Hotel is going through renovation process. Improvements are needed to restaurant, service and facilities.
