I made reservations on line. They knew when we would be there yet we were told they did not have a car for us! We had to wait till one was returned. This took place at 9:00 pm! We were very upset to say the least. All we got was a sorry nothing else! We will never rent from them again. I would rather pay a few dollars more than have to wait about 45 minutes for a car. This is after all of the paper work was done!
