Great car rental company -- inexpensive, easy to book, friendly staff. I also got a free upgrade because they had no more compact cars on the lot!

This was a very smooth and seamless transaction. I love that I was able to choose my own vehicle. I booked a full-size car, however the standard size car that was available was more to my liking. They let me downgrade with no hassle. The Alamo staff was wonderful!
