I felt pressured to pre-fill on gas and upgrade the car. The car wasn't extremely clean on the inside, nor did it look like it had been washed. The shuttle driver on the way to the terminal wasn't very friendly or quick to assist with bags.

When I arrived at this location, there were 15 people in line into employees helping. It took a very long time to get through the line. The car was dirty on the outside but clean on the inside. Overall the visit was fine but not my favorite.?

We come in they give us a ridiculous rate. Managed to find a deal on Hotwire. The lady who helped us tried to give us the run around and charge us for everything. Once we had gotten the car she told us to wait inside and then acted annoyed at us for not knowing which car was ours AND SHE DIDNT TELL US
