Guys at the desk were very helpful and friendly, though they were short-staffed and swamped with customers. Best prices for the cars available.

They were not at the airport, which was inconvenient. We upgraded to a "better" vehicle, but the vehicle was dirty and dusty on the inside and we realized after driving a ways down the road that the gas tank was half empty and the odometer had not been reset which told us that they had not even looked in the vehicle after the last renter.
