The staff here is always friendly! A new person seemed to be training and the other staff were helpful to her. Bar staff is always pleasant.

We were in town for a meeting this week and had a group rate at the hotel. The staff upon check in and throughout the stay was fantastic. Our air never worked properly the two nights/three days we were there. There was an empty bottle of water behind the night stand in the bedroom when we checked into our room from a previous guest. There was mold on the shelf in the shower and on the bottom of the shower liner. The cleanliness and facilities were definitely lacking and with the hotel being full they were limited on moving us but did do everything they could. Last night, Thursday July 16, the maintenance/engineer man that came to our room to try to fix the AC went a bob and beyond. We requested a fan and turns out he went and had to buy one for us. The front desk staff was very helpful and apologetic for the air situation trying to work with us and fix it. The female working last night also, I believe hannah was fantastic. What the hotel is lacking in facilities currently they are gaining in people. You have a great staff. The breakfast staff this morning was fantastic also and breakfast was delicious.
