Upon arrival I was told that my room said it was not clean but the desk clerk looked at it and he thought it looked clean. I had reserved a 2 queen room and it was a king mini suite. I said that would be ok if the sofa was a sofa bed. I was told it was. I had just had hand surgery and could not pull the sofa bed out. I called and the clerk came to pull it out. Then there were no sheets for it...I went to get some. There were not enough towels, I went to get them. There was no remote for the TV in the room, I told the desk..none was offered. That was irritating. All in all it was not a good stay but it was adequate. However I was charged for the king mini suite and I think the 2 queen bed room, which is what I reserved, is cheaper.
