Holiday Inn Express

The hotel was very crowded with our group, several baseball/softball teams and another group. The staff was always super busy but always courteous and NEVER showed any signs of stress.

GreAt housekeeping. Clean rooms. We are a member of a group that comes to this area of Arkansas twice a year to drive the mountain roads in our sports cars. We had a block of ten rooms and approximately 25 more rooms occupied. My room was fairly close to the elevator. So, every time the elevator arrived on our floor I could hear the chime and also the doors of the elevator open and close. Apparently the rooms aren't very well insulated as I could also here doors from other rooms open and close. I Would like to see hotel management be more conscious of how, when and where they room their guest and organize guest rooms better by keeping all of our rooms closer together . I'd also like to have a microwave oven in my room and a better selection of tv channels. I didn't like being in the same area/wing as high school baseball and tennis teams. The guest were loud, rude and constantly running up and down the halls and using the elevators as a ride for amusement. Perhaps hotel employed could spend a little time walking the halls and stopping the horseplay and tom foolery before it becomes an issue with the comfort and happiness of my visit. Overall my stay was good but, I will be more willing to stay at this hotel again if these issues were addressed.
