The staff were very friendly and my bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well!

in New Orleans. one guy in reservations there seems to be a real disconnect between reservations and the hotel. I was told that my son would be put on the reservation. he was not able to check in. I was in another city. even though the took my card over the phone the hotel said I had to swipe. thought I booked
