Housekeepers think they can just skip cleaning your room, refilling towels, making beds, but are not hesitant to take the tip left on the pillow, and a kind "thanks in advance :-)" note is disregarded. When you bring the problem to the front desk they tell you that that's impossible - when obviously it's not because all of our dirty towels are still in the bathtub waiting to be washed, and no clean towels. The elevator is disgusting and not kept after and there is little to nothing offered for continental breakfast.
