DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City

We stayed for 3 nights and everything about the DoubleTree was fantastic. We had friendly service and everything was very clean. If we come back to Philly, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, such friendly staff! I will definitely stay again! This was my first time in Philadelphia and you guys made it so much better! Room service was amazing and so fast. I love the Doubletree Hotel! Thank you for making my stay amazing!

Great hotel

The first person I met was rude and dismissive. Another was quite helpful and friendly. The room itself has great views and is in a nice location. The restroom cleanliness was less than ideal and there is paint peeling from humidity.

Room wasn't cleaned one day. Dirty dishes were on table for breakfast.

Hated paying for spotty internet. Hilton's smaller hotels give free internet of higher quality. We stayed three nights. Our room was only cleaned once and we had to request trash taken out, new toilet paper and towels. Hilton's smaller hotels are much better. I also prefer continental breakfast that you just walk in and get instead of being seated and waited on. Why can't you leave out milk instead of me having to request a tiny carton.

As an Honors member I didn't feel like it really mattered.

Parking is outrageous no free wifi in room is primitive

This hotel was not up to par at all with my expectations of a DoubleTree, which may be why we got the rate we did. I've come to expect much better from DoubleTree, but the hotel appeared unkempt, old and dirty. However, the bar staff and maid staff were extremely friendly.

The room was overpriced, and was not clean when we checked in. For the price I paid I expected more
