Stay was ok. But the first room we had the AC didn't work. Then called the front desk. After an hour of no one coming called back and they again said they would send someone up. I finally ended up just going downstairs and requesting a new room. Got a new room on premier floor. But was disturbed that evening w blaring music at 11 pm from a. Neighbor. Shared feedback we the Mgr prior t leaving.
