Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/Mt. Pleasant-Isle Of Palms

The staff was wonderful. We had a queen suit that had a kitchens with an actual fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a cook top. We chose to spend a little more to get the suite to keep down on eating out. Was perfect it had 2 tv sand a separate den area. Very comfortable. Great location to Charleston.

Had a girls weekend and this hotel was in a good location. The rooms and staff were nice but there seemed to be an infestation of water bugs

Front desk people could use some customer service training. Breakfast room lady is excellent.

Nice hotel except room smelled couldn't move us so mgr said he would comp me so points.

Nice suite hotel. Might have been nice to know they were replacing carpeting today.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Toiletries in room were great. HOWEVER, Hampton Inn has the most uncomfortable beds in the Hilton Family of hotels
