Hampton Inn Seneca Falls

Wonderful staff. My sons basketball team stayed at the hotel. About 10pm we got the bright idea to have ice cream. We ran to Walmart for ice cream and supplies. I got the idea to see if we could use bowls and spoons from the breakfast area but called to ask if it was ok. She dis put me on hold to double check but promptly got back on the line and said "no problem - how many do you need?" When we returned to the hotel 15 min later they were holding the bowls and spoons for us at the front desk. I felt like they really cared. Thank you for such a helpful staff.
