Since it is the first of the month, I was in need of a loan to help pay for my rent. I just lost my job and been short on cash. I brought in some jewelry that belonged to my grandmother. I did not want to give it up because it means so much to me. Vivian and Andres assisted me and I got a amount I needed and some extra. They made me feel very at ease knowing the jewelry will be kept safe. It was sad leaving it but now I know where to go when I need help. I want to say a huge thanks to Vivian and Andres on the Bellaire location. A true example of true customer service.
