Horrible!!! We left our pillow in the room.. When we went in to get it they wouldn't give it to us because they said we STOLE THEIRS!!!! My daughter took the desk clerk to the room & counted the pillows... Then they gave us our OLD pillow!!! Ridiculous!!! The shower was full of MOLD!!!
