I think the sales reps shouldn't try to sell you on getting more insurance if you provide proof to them that you have full coverage insurance.

One of the reps tried telling me that I was getting a free upgrade because all they had was SUV's and BMW only pays for compact cars. I told her I didn't want the free upgrade and call around for something smaller than she told me they have a Mini Cooper I said "no thank you, I'm too tall for that car". A few minutes later a compact car came in and I was on my way.
