I rented before from this Enterprise and I was always satisfied until this time, the car was very dirty and small and we try to upgrade but they had no other cars and we tried the ontario airport location but they won't give us a different car!!

I had an issue with not having enough staff to help the customers. And the car was very dirty.

It was very busy with only one person working. He didn't even have time to look inside the car which was very dirty and we wanted to upgrade to a bigger car but they didn't have any! I'm not happy at all With my experience.
